Our custom sizing program lets you order any handmade rug in dimensions that work for your room. The design, construction, and colourway stay exactly as they are. We work through the sizing with you, and our artisan partners in India produce the piece to specification. 

The result is the rug you wanted, made for the space you have.

01. Initial Enquiry

Start by filling out the form below. If you haven't already, we recommend using our sampling service to select your preferred rug.

02. Sizing Support

Not sure what size suits your space? Our Custom Lead, María, can help you work through it. A product designer by trade, she brings technical knowledge and a considered approach to ensure the right fit and functionality for your room. Approximates are fine to get started.

03. Quote

We aim to have a quote to you within three working days. Your quote will include freight options. Once you confirm your shipping preference (air or sea), we'll issue a final quote and request a 50% deposit to proceed.

04. Production & Lead Times

Production begins with our artisan partners in India. Our team provides updates throughout the process. Estimated lead times are 6-8 months via sea freight and 3-4 months via air freight. Lead times can vary depending on construction method and scale - confirmed estimates are provided with your quote.

05. Quality Review

Before dispatch, each rug is inspected for size, construction integrity, and colour accuracy.

06. Delivery

Your rug is packaged and shipped to your nominated address. We'll send tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
