We aim to have a quote to you within three working days. Your quote will include freight options. Once you confirm your shipping preference (air or sea), we'll issue a final quote and request a 50% deposit to proceed.

Production begins with our artisan partners in India, with our team providing updates throughout the process. Estimated lead times are 6–8 months via sea freight or 3–4 months via air freight. Timelines can vary depending on the construction method, size and scale of your rug, with a confirmed lead time provided with your quote. If you have a specific timeframe in mind, speak with our team about a limited selection of rugs that can be produced within shorter lead times.

Before dispatch, each rug is inspected for size, construction integrity, and colour accuracy.

Your rug is packaged and shipped to your nominated address. We'll send tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
