Our Quote

We aim to provide you with a quote within three working days. This will include information on freight options and lead times. Once you confirm the shipping option (air or sea), we provide a final quote and request payment of a 50% deposit.

Manufacturing

& Quality Control

Depending on the size of your custom rug, manufacturing times may vary. One of our team members will be available throughout the process to update you on the progress of your order. Please keep in mind our rugs are handmade and depending on the shipping option, may take some months to finalise. Estimated lead times are 6-8 months via seafrieght, and 2-4 months via airfreight.

Before being dispatched to you, your rug will go through a quality control process here in New Zealand, to ensure it meets our high standards of manufacture.
