Our custom sizing program lets you select any rug from eligible styles and have it made to the dimensions, shape and finish your brief requires. Construction, fibre and colourway stay true to the original, while the size, shape and finish adapt.

The result is the rug you wanted, made to suit your project.

01. Initial Enquiry

Start by filling out the form below. If you haven’t already, we recommend using our sampling service to choose your preferred rug. Samples are dispatched within 48 hours. We’ll follow up with a conversation about your project, space, and what you're hoping to achieve.

02. Who do I work with?

María, our Custom & Projects Lead, manages the process from initial enquiry through to production sign-off. With a background in product design, she brings technical knowledge and a considered approach to each project.

03. Shape & Finish Alterations

Customise an existing design with a different shape or finish. Custom edge treatments and pile heights are available across our ranges on request. Artwork and specifications for these alterations are typically produced within 2–3 days.

04. Quote

We aim to provide your quote within 24 hours, including available freight options. Once you confirm your preferred shipping method, either air or sea freight, we’ll issue a final quote and request a 50% deposit to proceed with production.

05. Production & Lead Times

Production begins with our artisan partners in India, with our team providing updates throughout the process. Lead times can vary depending on the construction method and scale of the rug. Estimated total lead times, including production and shipping are 3–4 months via air freight, and 6–8 months via sea freight.

06. Quality Review and Delivery

Before dispatch, each rug is inspected for size, construction integrity and colour accuracy. Once approved through our quality control process, it is packaged and shipped to your nominated address. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
