Set at the edge of Lake Tewa, at the foot of the Remarkables, this Jack’s Point precinct is defined by its relationship to its setting. Designed by Mason&Wales, the residences sit along the water’s edge, framing alpine and lakeside views through large gabled windows and generous indoor-outdoor spaces. Finishes draw from the tones and textures of stone, water, and alpine terrain, creating a material palette grounded in place.
